Return Policy

All products sold and shipped, excluding all custom tarps or product(s), from Lincoln Marine may be returned within 30 days of receipt. All products returned must be in original packaging, including all items originally packaged with the product (documentation, user’s manual, accessories, etc.). All products are subject to a 20% restocking fee. After 30 days, all purchases are final.

Warranty Claim Policy

Lincoln Marine warrants each product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of time. During this period, if a customer is unable to resolve a product problem and Lincoln Marine determines the product to be defective, a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) will be issued. Following receipt of an RGA number, the customer may be asked to return the product to Lincoln Marine, freight prepaid. This warranty is voided if the customer uses the product in an unauthorized or improper way, or in an environment for which it was not designed. This warranty is applicable to the first purchaser only.
